The data center is built in compliance with the highest safety standards – raised floor capacity is 300 kg point load / 1200 kg/m2. The combination of state-of-the-art systems and processes allows to monitor and manage operations 24x7.
Continuous power supply
Data center follows the best practice and operates in full accordance with the ITILv3 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. High levels of redundancy and service assurance are built into data centers: secured supply; two power feeds for all equipment, each independently equipped with UPS and generator backup with full load capacity for indefinite running.
SLAs on temperature and humidity are in line with ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers) recommendations; N+1 cooling; sophisticated water and smoke detection systems; advanced fire suppression in line with local regulations and designed for maximum safety and minimum damage. The climate control system maintains an optimal temperature of data +24 °C and humidity level from 25%-75%.
Fire safety system
Server rooms are equipped with an automatic fire safety system, which uses gas to suppress fire, thus preventing damage to the equipment. Rooms are equipped with the Very Early Smoke Detection Alert (VESDA) underneath and above flooring, automatic smoke detectors throughout data center and fire-retardant walls (F60).
Power supply connections
The data center is designed in compliance with Tier III safety standards safety standards: its power supply reaches N+1 MW.
Connectivity of data center is provided by dual-entry fibre from two separate carrier main routes and SLA-based cross connections. The data centers has two internet exchanges: LONAP and LINX.
A video surveillance system CCTV with day/night cameras located inside and outside the facility records the events on the premises of the data center as well as its surroundings on a 24/7 basis.
Professional security personnel monitor the data center on a 24/7 basis: they ensure compliance with safety measures in the surrounding area and, if necessary, eliminate any hazardous factors.
